I want to get more familiar with CNC. I had hoped to build a desktop cnc (dremel) mill. I have access to a full machine shop (hackerspace) with plasma cutters, mill, etc so was hoping to find plans for a small cnc and make it out of aluminum or steel instead of wood. However the price tag quickly ran away from me.
